Cocoa Liquor (Mass)
Having been eaten for thousands of years, cocoa remains one of the most popular foods in the world.
Cocoa mass 100% intense cocoa. Sourced from the cacao tree, it usually contains 47-56% of cocoa butter. Cocoa Mass is used to produce both cocoa butter and Cocoa powder. It is mainly used to make Chocolate.
