Return Policy

Following is our return policy for Trading Training and Consulting Ltd Products

 

Commodities: All precautions will be taken to ensure products sent fulfil specifications provided by the customer with a confirmation from an institution such as Veritas or SGS. In the event there is a damage during transportation for CIF contract, the customer has 5 business working days to submit a claim with evidence of the damage to the email address edwigeyao@exotictradinganeybla.com

Upon receipt of the claim we will advise next step. Insurance company might be involved.

 

Food Products: Snacks, Jam and Attieké:  Food products cannot be returned. However, if we send you wrong product, with evidence of our mistake, we offer a full refund of original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Cosmetics Products: Cosmetics product cannot be returned. However, if we send you wrong product, evidence of our mistake We offer a full refund of original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Wrong product will be based on product different variants. For example, if customer requires Palm Kernel oil whitish or Beige versus Brown or darker colour and we send wrong product, we will send you the correct version or refund your money

 

Important note: Any missing items/orders must be reported to the email address edwigeyao@exotictradinganeybla.com  within 5 calendar days of delivery to process a replacement. After this time, we unfortunately will not be able to process your request.

 

To facilitate a return, please email edwigeyao@exotictradinganeybla.com with your order number and we will assist you with the next steps. Please do not return your purchase without prior written approval and instructions from us.
